You’ll go nuts for this creamy north Malaysian satay. Food brings back so many great memories of travel and this dish is no different. Translated by a local Malay boy from his grandmother, while she handmade the coconut milk from a coconut delivered by a monkey. Today we choose a more animal friendly coconut milk, but it still tastes as great as I remember.
